cleanliness, beautiful hotel
The check-in process was an absolute chaos with only a single staff member!!! Valet parking rates are exorbitant, and the wait times for car retrieval screamed disorganization!!! A little more staffing at peak times would go a long way!!!

check-in was an absoluteley horrendous experience, with only one lonely lady at the desk. I almost thought this was a joke! The valet was just as disorganized. waiting over an hour to get my car was defintely not glamorous. It's so sad that I couldn't even get a complimentary drink for all my troubles.

Couple getaway worth trying
The room was clean and had a nice ambiance! I really appreciated the free breakfast that helped me save a bit on food and made mornings so much easier.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was decent for what I paid.

Oh man, if you're a meat lover, you gotta hit up Brazz Carvery & Brazilian Steakhouse right around the corner—we're talkin’ signature meats that'll make your taste buds dance! Plus, the room was nice, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel.
However, the valet situation was a hot mess—$38 for parking, and I got hit with an extra $60 at checkout for not using the valet service.

More dining options during peak hours would be beneficial.

Breakfast lacked variety, and the bar closed too early which was disappointing after a concert. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and friendly staff. Loved the bicycle rental option for exploring the area. Definitely a clean and modern hotel vibe.
